How does the returns policy work?

Can I return a product I received as a gift?

Yes, you can return a product received as a gift, but only if it was purchased directly on our site. You will need the order number and the buyer's email address. The return procedure is the same as for a normal purchase.

Can I process a return online for a product purchased in a physical UYN store?

No, items purchased in our physical stores must be returned directly to the same point of sale. Currently, the online return procedure is only valid for purchases made through our website

Can I modify my return request after I submit it?

Once a return request has been submitted, it is not possible to modify it or open a new request for the same order. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service.

I filled out the return request but I changed my mind and want to keep the items. What should I do?

If you have decided to keep the items, do not give the return to the courier. Although the return request cannot be cancelled, it will not affect your order in any way and you will be able to keep the products.

We will only refund your initial delivery costs if you return all items in your order. If you decide to keep one or more products and return only part of the order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

Can I return products from a bundle?

Yes, products purchased as part of a bundle can be returned following the standard return procedure. Each item included in the bundle can be returned individually, under the same conditions as the other products.
