What do I need to do to request a return?Updated a day ago

Important: our website has recently updated its platform. Follow the procedure based on the date of your order.

-    If your order was placed before 6 October 2025 (old portal):

Contact our Customer Service providing your order number, the email address used for the purchase and the details of the item you wish to return (product code, colour and size). Once your request is approved, you will receive the return label by email.

-    If your order was placed after 6 October 2025 (new portal):

Go to the dedicated page and enter your order number and the email address used to complete your request. Follow the instructions to finalise your return request. If the items are eligible, the request will be approved by the system and you will receive a return label via email. Remember to return the products in their original packaging.
